The Implementation Coordinator plays a critical role in setting clients up for success by supporting the execution of large and transformational projects on strategic accounts. The Implementation Coordinator serves as a trusted advisor to clients in their portfolio, provides guidance to marketing, sales and professional services teams, and ensures the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The most successful Implementation Coordinator has a broad range of IT and consulting experience, with deep functional knowledge of project management and SaaS CRMs. They are comfortable operating in a sophisticated pre-sales environment and excel in managing competing needs and challenges into a comprehensive and sound plan for delivering customer success. The efficacy of the Implementation Coordinator is measured by the ultimate success of the clients in their portfolio.


  • Assist the Implementation Manager in their daily routine of running projects from initiation to closure
  • Oversee and coordinate project work, including assign tasks and report project status
  • Create and update project documentation, including processes and user guides as needed
  • Ensure that project communications run smoothly, keep key stakeholders and decision makers engaged
  • Close project and documentation, pass project deliverables to operations
  • Identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customisations that meet business requirements
  • Support, review and QA configuration
  • Demonstrate excellent listening, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with clients


  • 3+ experience working with clients and developing relationships
  • 3+ years’ experience working on projects as a Project Coordinator supporting a Project Manager and/or Program Manager, facilitating all aspects of project planning and execution
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
  • Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people
  • Strong project management skills and working knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Strong time-management skills, and ability to complete priorities and work on tight deadlines
  • Strong customer service focus, adaptable, flexible and willing to learn
  • Desirable experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
  • An undergraduate Degree/ Diploma in Information Management, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration or related field or recognised equivalent
