Sales Development Associate

You get excited about prospecting to potential customers. You are adept at identifying high value opportunities and capable of managing early sales funnel activities. You are used to delivering value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding combined with technical knowledge.


  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities from cold and warm leads
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients by phone and email
  • Follow-up on inbound leads and sales enquiries
  • Establish credibility and gain trusted relationships with prospects
  • Daily update of our CRM with prospect and deal data 
  • Persuasively articulate our offering including competitive advantages, resources and processes that can help potential prospective clients
  • Deliver online product demonstrations in-person or online
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an enterprise sales environment, ideally in the SaaS space
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Have a process oriented mindset
  • Be goal and action oriented
  • Excellent communication skills - English fluency is required
  • Ability to deal and address objections
  • An energetic and passionate personality with a sense of humour and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge of the higher education space is a plus
